初めに

先日何気なくXにPostしたら思いの他リアクションが多くビックリしました。ほんとに何気なくPostしただけなんですよね。ただ、英語でPostしてなかったので今更だけど英語でPostしておこうと、それくらいの感じだったんですよね。実はこのお話は2022年のお話なのです。あのPostをした日に伊藤歩さんとお会いしたわけではないんですよ。勘違いさせるような書き方をしてごめんなさい。

TO START

The other day, I happened to post a message on X and was surprised by the huge reaction it received. I honestly just posted without thinking too much about it. It was only that I’d never posted it in English, so I thought that, even though it’s after the fact, I’d post it in English as well. That’s really all there was to it. The post was actually about something that happened back in 2022. It’s not that I met Ayumi Ito on the day that I made that post. I’m sorry for any misunderstanding that caused.

事の経緯

先にどこで会ったのかを書いてしまいます。

場所は六本木ヒルズ 森美術館。そこで開かれた「Chim↑Pom展：ハッピースプリング会場内 道の上 金三昧露店」になります。

恐らく「これなに？」状態の方が多いと思います。僕も当初は「これなに？」状態でした。

このイベントを知ったのは恐らく伊藤歩さんのインスタストーリーズだと思います。

スクショが残ってないので定かではないのですが当初は参加する旨が書かれていなかったと思います。そして5月9日にインスタストーリズで参加の日時が告知されました。

しかしどのようなイベントなのか調べても詳細が分からず「参加」が持つ意味がどのようなものかわかりませんでした。参加って書かれているけど本人が来るのか？そもそも「フリマってなに？」「露店？」って感じでしたね。フリマで露店で参加って本人が売り子するってことでいいのかな？とか、ちょっと理解ができない状況だったのですが、取り敢えずチケットを買おう。無くなったら困るし。兎に角行こう。行かずに後悔するなら行って後悔しよう。と、いうか本人が参加するといっているのでなんかしら伊藤歩さんに関するトピックはあるだろうと。

実際会場には伊藤歩さんが居ました。そこで僕は彼女とお話をし、2つほど彼女からサプライズをいただき、お土産を1つ買い、家に帰りました。

HOW IT HAPPENED

To start, I met her at an event being held at the Roppongi Hills Mori Art Museum called "Chim↑Pom Exhibition: Happy Spring, Kanezanmai Roadside Stall."

I’m sure you’re wondering, "What even is that?” I was wondering the exact same thing.

I think I probably heard about the event from one of Ayumi Ito's Instagram Stories.

I'm not sure because I don't have a screenshot of it, but I don't think she initially wrote that she would be attending the event. Then, on May 9th, she announced the date and time at which she would be ‘participating’ in the exhibition.
